Qualification: BSC/MSC- Alcohol Tech

Job Description:

1)Operate brew house and pot still distillations machineries, pumps, motors, valves, etc

2) Operate and control steam control valves manually and automatic electro-pneumatic methods.

3) Operate ‘Programmable logical controllers’/SCADA, computer assisted manufacturing process.

4) Ensure and control Brewing, fermentation and distillation parameters as per the standards

5) Ensure smooth operations of machinery, pumps and other hardware’s for maximum efficiency of plant.

6) Achieve Production targets, Quality Targets and Learning targets set.

7) Ensure Plant and Equipment’s hygiene and cleanliness.

8) Analyze Raw material, Intermediate products and finished products in chemical lab as and when required.

9) Process data and reports generation in standard formats.

10) Verbal and Written reporting about process, production and incidences to plant in-charge on regular basis.

11) Learning new technologies and quality related techniques for organizational growth.

12) Maintain Quality, Hygiene, Safety standards in plant

13) Ensure highest efficiency of process and machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
