Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and approval of the strategy including the development and implementation of the required policies, processes and procedures.

Assist with the development and management Company’s Projects budgets aligning with organizational goals.

Assist with Plan and implement BCC training programs.

Assist with Promoting a correct procedural BCC culture among project teams.

Ensure the objectives noted above are implemented fully and effectively by our BCC team.

Manage, monitor, mentor, supervise and support the department and follow up on and review our staffs’ tasks.

Improve the BCC staff performance and monitor and support them.

Assist with the development and implementation of budgets for the Projects, aligning them with strategic goals and objectives.

Forecasts expenses, and potential Cost risks to ensure accurate resource allocation.

Investigates the root causes of budget deviations and develops strategies to prevent

future occurrences.

Assist for Implementing of cost-saving initiatives to optimize spending and improve Cost
-
efficiency.
-
Prepares accurate and timely budget reports and Cost statements for senior management and stakeholders.

Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and reporting standards.

Identifies and assesses potential Cost risks, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.

Collaborates effectively with other departments, such as accounting, finance, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment of BCC goals.
