Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Budget & Reimbursement Analyst is to support and perform analyses of financial matters related to budget, reimbursement, and cost reporting. This position requires excellent analytical ability, financial and accounting skills, good judgment & decision-making, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate Federal/State rules and regulations into practice.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

  • At least one (1) year of experience involving analytical research and reporting of complex financial data or any combination of relevant experience and education.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, and complex formulas

  • Ability to build dynamic financial models and automated reporting tools using Excel

  • Familiarity with macros and basic VBA

  • Strong understanding of data validation, error checking, and spreadsheet best practices

  • Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Experience working with large data sets and financial reporting tools

  • High accuracy and attention to detail in financial calculations and reporting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving strengths


Shifts and Wages:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available

  • Shift Needed: Days

  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, Based on Experience and Qualifications
