Budget And Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Budget And Reporting for our sector-leading client in the insurance industry.



Job Description

  • Develop and manage the organization's annual budgeting process
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and control budgetary expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets
  • Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment
  • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 10 years experience
  • Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
  • Having experience in ERP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
