Job Description

Develop and manage the organization's annual budgeting process

Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
-
Monitor and control budgetary expenditures
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
-
Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets
-
Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment
-
Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
-
At least 10 years experience
-
Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS
-
Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
-
Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred
-
Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
-
Fluent in written and verbal English
-
Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
-
Having experience in ERP
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
