At TEB, we are looking for an ALM Finance Senior Manager to join our ALM Finance & Modelling team.
This strategic role focuses on managing the Bank’s liquidity and balance sheet structure, developing pricing and ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing ALMT P&L Budget and Forecasts with several scenarios, assisting Bank’s NII budget and forecast, developing appropriate strategic plans for the achievement
Distributing monthly P&L results to relevant branches under Assets and Liability Management and Treasury Department
Following up cost and pricing efforts across all activities falling under the ALM function in line with ALMT budget
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal ALM-related requirements
Provide strategic insights related to treasury transactions (e.g. deposits, loans, swaps, bonds, etc.)
Analyze and follow up pricing and cost calculations within the scope of Asset-Liability Management (ALM), in line with the Bank’s budget
Monitor interest rate and liquidity risk exposure of the balance sheet and calculate and forecast net interest income under various scenarios
Maintain liquidity ratios at targeted levels and contribute to balance sheet optimization
Track and control the costs of foreign funding sources
Following up and analyzing sector financial reports
In charge of all Partner's (BNPP) reporting (Balance sheet, Off BS, NII sensitivity)
Minimum 7 years of experience in Asset-Liability Management and/or Financial Risk Management within the banking sector
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, capital adequacy, and banking regulations
Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with SQL and VBA
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset
