Budget Specialist (Korean/English Bilingual)

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Budget Specialist to join our growing team within a global tire manufacturing & R&D environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their finance/accounting career who is excited to work at the intersection of financial operations and global collaboration, especially with our R&D center and headquarters in South Korea.

What You'll Do:

• Support monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Monitor financial activity, invoices, and budget adjustments
• Contribute to annual business planning and capital investment processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Korea

What Makes This Role Unique:

• Start with a 6–8 week training experience in South Korea
• Work directly with global teams and leadership
• Play a key role in bridging communication between U.S. operations and R&D in South Korea

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in Korean and English (required)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment
