Budtender + Social Content Creator — Organic Farms Cannabis Dispensary

Full-time · Camden, NJ · $19–$22/hr

Organic Farms is looking for someone who can do two things really well: create a great in-store experience and bring it to life on social.

We are building the most comfortable, fast, and approachable cannabis retail experience in New Jersey - and this role sits at the center of that. You'll be on the floor helping customers, while also capturing and creating content that reflects what makes Organic Farms different: real people, real moments, and a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

In-Store (Budtender)

• Create a welcoming, judgment-free experience for every customer
• Guide customers using simple, clear language (no jargon)
• Support the drive-thru and in-store flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the space
• Stay informed on store offerings and vendor products
• Follow all compliance, operational, and safety procedures

Social Media + Content

• Capture real, in-store content (drive-thru, staff, customer moments, vendor pop-ups)
• Film and participate in Reels and TikToks (on camera is a plus)
• Execute simple, repeatable content formats (vendor interviews, POV videos, etc.)
• Assist in posting Stories and day-to-day content
• Engage with customers in comments and DMs when needed
• Work with the team to bring campaigns and ideas to life

What We're Looking For

• 21+ and eligible to work in the NJ cannabis industry
• Strong people skills - warm, approachable, and confident
• Comfortable using a phone to film content
• Good eye for what looks and feels natural on social
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn (cannabis knowledge is a plus, not required)

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling required
• Includes weekends and key retail days
