Job Title: Building Administrator
Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar Sector Y-4, Karachi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 DAYS A WEEK)
Position Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Building Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, handling client interactions, and supporting administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all building operations and ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Supervise and manage building staff, including receptionists and support personnel.
- Handle and assist walk-in clients professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate and support new hiring processes for building-related staff.
- Maintain awareness and coordination of any construction, maintenance, or repair work within the building.
- Ensure proper communication between departments and staff.
- Maintain records and manage data using CRM systems.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the building premises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administration, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes is a plus.
