Building Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or construction supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
• Strong knowledge in estimation, building materials, and market availability/pricing
• Civil background is a must
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
• Currently available in UAE

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and team performance
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability on site
• Prepare and review estimates and quotations
• Maintain quality and safety standards during all maintenance activities
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Preferred Candidate:
A proactive and organized individual with hands-on experience in maintenance work, strong leadership skills, and good market knowledge.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
