Your Impact
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician who will contribute to the success of the Facilities Team, applying their expertise in maintenance to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
The Role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support our diverse facility, including manufacturing, repair services, R&D, and shipping and receiving. This role will involve a variety of maintenance tasks and collaborative problem-solving.
Specific Job Responsibilities:

Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems, ensuring reliability and safety.

Carry out minor repairs and improvements across various trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Provide support to line staff in resolving operational and equipment challenges.

Maintain the facility's cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Assist in project oversight, coordinating with contractors for larger repair or upgrade projects.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and service requests.

Perform additional tasks assigned to support overall facility operations.
Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.

4+ years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proficient in multiple trades and capable of performing diverse maintenance tasks.

Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift

Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 20 feet

Capable of working in confined spaces and cramped positions

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch repeatedly throughout shift

Capable of using hand tools and power tools with precision

Ability to manipulate small parts and components

Capable of reaching overhead and in all directions

Ability to grip, grasp, and twist objects of various sizes

This role primarily operates in an office environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly range: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
