We are hiring Building Maintenance Technician with 4–5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical work, machinery maintenance, and generator/compressor handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing and electrical work
• Machinery, generator & air compressor maintenance
• Hoist/cargo lift operation and servicing
• RO plant operation and maintenance

Requirements:

• Relevant hands-on experience (4–5 years)
• Basic technical certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Must be reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
