Building Management System (BMS)

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Building Management System (BMS)Monitor HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other building systems Identify alarms, faults, and coordinate with maintenance teams Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records Ensure smooth and safe building operations

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with BMS systems (Siemens / Honeywell / Schneider / etc.)Basic knowledge of HVAC & electrical systems Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)Good communication and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
