Job Title: Building Management System (BMS) Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate BMS Trainer to deliver training programs on Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Lighting, and Energy Management solutions. The trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and assessing training sessions to equip students/trainees with industry-relevant technical knowledge and practical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions on BMS (HVAC, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Energy Management, etc.).
• Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical modules in line with the syllabus.
• Assess trainees’ progress through assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to strengthen both technical and practical knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in BMS.
• Ensure training quality and compliance with company training standards.
• Support in lab setup, equipment handling, and maintenance of training tools.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Proven industry experience in Building Management Systems (minimum 0 -2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BMS hardware and software, integration, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in teaching/training will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle both theoretical and practical training.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BMS installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient building solutions and smart automation systems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
