Facility Manager

Job Title: Facility Manager – Apartment (Whitefield, Bangalore)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations of our residential apartment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily facility and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate repair and upkeep of equipment.
• Manage resources, housekeeping, and security staff.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Maintain basic records, data entry, and reports using Excel.

Requirements:

• Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory), Kannada (advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
• Prior experience in facility management preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Timing: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Leave & Holiday : 2 full days + 4 half days per month

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Note :
Candidate must have 2 wheeler and residing within 2-5 Km of Hope Farm Circle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
