building management system technician Access Control and Alarm System

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS, CCTV & Fire Fighting Technician to join our facilities management team. The candidate should have solid expertise in installation, operation, and maintenance of building management systems, security systems, and fire fighting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, and utilities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Carry out routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm & fire fighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, detectors).
• Respond to breakdowns and perform corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain daily records, service reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades and repairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS, CCTV, and fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, NFPA standards, and AMC procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
