Support Engineer(IBMS)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to support our ongoing operations at a client site near Devanahalli, Bangalore. The role involves day-to-day support and management of Building Management Systems, Internet of Things devices, Audio-Visual systems, and other IT and facility-related services implemented at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and provide technical support for installed systems at the client facility as and when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues proactively, either directly or by coordinating with the remote technical team.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with the client.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support and maintain systems including BMS, IoT, CCTV, Access Control, AV, and IT systems.
• Prepare and manage basic documentation related to operations and support activities.
• Use Microsoft Office tools effectively for reporting and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the client and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ELV systems, BMS, IoT, CCTV, Access Control, AV, and IT systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and responsible attitude towards operational support and customer service.

Preferred:

• Candidates with an interest in automation, BMS, or IoT technologies.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automation domain.

Training & Development:

Selected candidates will receive training in Building Management Systems or Internet of Things, depending on individual aptitude and interest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
