Building Manager

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of our property. The Building Manager will ensure the building is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently, while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

• Supervise all building operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for repairs, inspections, and upgrades
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Prepare and manage the building's operational budget and expenses
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and incident reports
• Oversee lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs in coordination with leasing staff
• Implement sustainability and energy-saving initiatives where applicable
• Ensure emergency procedures are in place and staff are trained accordingly
• Report regularly to property owners or senior management on building performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in building or facilities management
• Prior experience as a Coordinator in property, maintenance, or operations is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
• Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
