We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts in the
construction chemicals
sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
building materials
, with specific experience in
construction chemicals such as admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, flooring systems, and surface treatments
.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the construction chemicals segment.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base including contractors, consultants, applicators, and distributors.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with appropriate product solutions and support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable), setting targets and monitoring performance.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales in coordination with the commercial and finance teams.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s brand and products.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum of
7+ years of proven sales experience in construction chemicals or related building materials.

Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and project sales cycles.

Existing network of contacts in the construction industry (consultants, contractors, developers, applicators).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Technical understanding of products like waterproofing systems, repair mortars, grouts, flooring, and admixtures.
