Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive timber sales across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timber or building material sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for timber products
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients
• Identify new market opportunities locally and internationally
• Negotiate and close deals with a focus on profitability
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in timber or building materials sales
• Strong network of industry contacts is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Valid UAE Driving License
