About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive business growth within the hospitality sector in Dubai. The role is all about building and strengthening partnerships with hotels by introducing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

This is a field-based sales role requiring daily interaction with hotel decision-makers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a portfolio of hotel clients across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Leverage your existing hotel network to generate leads and close new deals.
  • Conduct regular hotel visits to meet General Managers and Procurement Heads.
  • Develop account strategies to maximize client value and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market insights to management on client needs and industry developments.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotel suppliers, services, or technology).
  • Strong, active network with hotel executives and procurement managers in the UAE.
  • Proven success in outdoor sales and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Based in UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in English

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
