Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising renovation and refurbishment works of buildings to ensure all activities are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Oversees work teams and contractors, monitors daily progress, ensures proper use of materials, and maintains project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of building renovation and refurbishment activities on site.
• Ensure all works comply with drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the quality of materials used and enforce safety standards.
• Prepare daily or weekly progress reports and field observations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building renovation or refurbishment projects.
• Strong field supervision and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of building materials and safety standards.
