Building Surveyor - High-Rise, Residential & Commercial Buildings

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with strong exposure to high-rise, Residential, and commercial buildings to join our team in Doha. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct building condition surveys, inspections, and snagging for high-rise and commercial properties
• Identify structural defects, safety issues, and maintenance requirements
• Prepare professional technical reports with photographs and clear recommendations
• Coordinate with property management teams, FM teams, consultants, and contractors
• Support handover inspections and regulatory compliance checks
• Extract unit-by-unit layouts and area measurements from AutoCAD drawings

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in survey instruments, including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• 3–5 years of proven experience in high-rise and commercial building surveys
• Strong knowledge of building construction, finishes, and MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review, mark-ups, quantity take-offs, and detailed report preparation
• Experience in Architectural drafting review
• Civil 3D experience is an added advantage
• Ability to prepare survey and inspection reports in compliance with Ministry / Authority requirements
• Excellent English communication skills: Arabic is a plus
• Ability to handle site inspections independently
• Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills
• Valid QID with immediate availability to join
