Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

Ranktix is seeking a driven Business Development Executive with more than 1 year of experience to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
  • Present company services and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
