Job Overview:
Ranktix is seeking a driven Business Development Executive with more than 1 year of experience to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social platforms
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
- Present company services and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
