Job Title: Business Development – Digital Marketing (B2B Sales)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients for our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, content).
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients; act as client’s primary contact for business development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth by onboarding new clients and upselling existing ones.
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are executed and client satisfaction maintained.
• Report on sales pipeline, conversion outcomes and market trends; provide insights for service improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven B2B experience in digital marketing sales (agency or services environment).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunger to sell and deliver results.
• Own-visa (residence) in UAE is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary & Incentives:

• Base salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 plus performance incentives.
• Incentives tied to B2B sales performance and client onboarding.
• Own visa required for eligibility.
