The Bulldozer Driver is responsible for operating bulldozers to move, level, and grade earth, debris, and construction materials according to project requirements. The role requires safe operation, routine equipment checks, and compliance with site safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to excavate, push, spread, and level soil, sand, gravel, and debris.
• Follow project plans, site instructions, and supervisor directions accurately.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the bulldozer (fuel, oil, brakes, tracks, etc.).
• Ensure safe operation in compliance with company policies and site safety rules.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and other operators.
• Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain productivity while minimizing material waste and equipment damage.
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bulldozer Driver.
• Valid heavy equipment or operator license (as per local regulations).
• Good understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to read basic site drawings or grading instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in road construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience working in UAE or GCC countries (if applicable).
