Job Description: Bunkering Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Bunkering Assistant to join our team @ Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist with the efficient delivery of fuel to vessels and ensure all bunkering operations comply with safety and environmental regulations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate having UAE driving license, good communication and immediate joiner are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe and efficient delivery of marine fuel (bunkering) to vessels.
• Ensure proper documentation of all fuel deliveries and operations.
• Monitor and inspect the condition of equipment used during bunkering, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a high level of safety and environmental compliance during all operations.
• Coordinate with vessel crews and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation and management of bunkering equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain safety standards on-site.
• Ensure that the fuel is transferred correctly and without incident.
• Support the bunkering team in logistical operations, including transportation and equipment handling.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Previous experience in bunkering, fuel delivery, or related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to bunkering operations.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work in varying conditions and hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Immediate joiner
