Overview:
The Bureau Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting statistical and financial data to the various mandated statistical agents and federal/state agencies. Utilize Oracle and cube data to complete and pay assessments and data calls in a timely manner. Building relationships with external bureaus and states, AmTrust IT, and other various departments within AmTrust. Would be responsible for obtaining the required information to complete and pay the assessments/surcharges in a timely manner. Will interact with the business segments, premiums, claims, financial and IT functions. Will participate/initiate process improvement efforts as needed as AmTrust continues to grow. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization
Responsibilities:
Reporting statistical and financial data to the various mandated statistical agents and federal/state agencies.
2. Obtaining the required information to complete and pay the assessments/surcharges in a timely manner.
3. Utilize Oracle and cube data for a more efficient and accurate data to balance back to state pages.
4. Work with IT to validate and test the accuracy of the data provided for each Assessment and Data Call.
5. Update SharePoint daily (attaching all documentation related to each Assessment and Data Call)
6. Build relationships and effective partnerships with external bureaus and states, AmTrust IT, and other various departments within AmTrust such as Account Payable, Claims, Legal Compliance, and Tax.
7. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
8. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Required:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, customer service and interpretive skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as individually.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or higher of college
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
The expected salary range for this role is $47,000-65,000k/yr
