Bus Duct Installation Foreman-Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Supervise and lead the installation of Hv/LV Electrical bus duct / busbar systems on project sites.
• Coordinate daily site activities and manpower for installation work.
• Ensure installation is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to the project engineer or site manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment before installation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with engineers when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bus duct / busbar installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site supervision.
• Ability to manage installation teams and coordinate with project staff.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures.

Preferred:

• Experience working on large commercial or industrial electrical projects in the UAE.
