Bus Transport Inspector

What You ll Do

• Conduct inspections and monitoring of bus transport operations according to scheduled field visits.
• Detect violations, issue fines, and report breaches through approved channels.
• Verify validity of licenses and compliance of professional practices within the approved scope of authority.
• Report violations related to safety procedures immediately to supervisors.
• Carry out inspections in response to complaints and provide findings to management.
• Utilize modern technology (virtual inspector) for detecting violations.
• Prepare inspection reports, document corrective actions, and submit them to supervisors.
• Educate operators on corrective measures and ensure follow-up during subsequent inspections.
• Participate in RTA committee meetings when required.
• Comply with RTA s information security policies and safeguard sensitive data.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
