  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for ARIS BPM solutions across key industries.
  • Understand client requirements related to process automation, workflow digitization, and business optimization.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate with ARIS product and delivery teams to align solution capabilities with customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Represent Company and ARIS at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in selling BPM preferably ARIS
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management concepts and technologies
  • (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, process mining).
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and close mid-to-large enterprise
  • deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
