- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for ARIS BPM solutions across key industries.
- Understand client requirements related to process automation, workflow digitization, and business optimization.
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with ARIS product and delivery teams to align solution capabilities with customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent Company and ARIS at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in selling BPM preferably ARIS
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management concepts and technologies
- (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, process mining).
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and close mid-to-large enterprise
- deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
