PersianHorizon is expanding its Automotive portfolio and hiring a Business Acquisition Manager to source and secure automotive businesses across Dubai and the UAE.

This role is for a field-driven deal hunter who understands the automotive market and can turn relationships into signed acquisition agreements.

What You'll Do Source Off-Market Opportunities

• Identify garages, car wash centers, detailing studios, tire shops, and motorcycle businesses ready for sale
• Build relationships with owners, brokers, suppliers, and landlords
• Stay close to automotive hubs and industrial zones across Dubai

Evaluate & Progress Deals

• Assess businesses including:
• Trade licenses and lease agreements
• Equipment and workshop setup
• Staffing and operations
• Revenue and cost overview
• Arrange meetings and site visits
• Move opportunities toward exclusive listing and acquisition agreements
• Maintain pipeline of automotive businesses
• Track market trends, locations, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in automotive, brokerage, or business development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
• Field-based mindset and proactive approach
• Fluent English (Arabic or Farsi is a plus)
