We are a leading sales and distribution company with a proven track record in promotion, sales, and distribution of various multi-brand foods and beverages products based in the Sultanate of Oman.
In Golden Palmier we are looking for a competent Business Admin Officer; a strategist, hands-on leader, and an exemplary manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing administrative initiatives, developing policies, overseeing recruitment and retention, conducting, submitting, and supervising company’s contracts and legal agreements, employee relations and compliance, and general office administration. You will also be actively collaborating in development and implementation of business growth strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. This includes but not limited to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities such as entering into new markets, conducting successful agreements, and following up the appropriate implementation of those agreements. This role ensures that our administrative practices are aligned with the company's objectives as well as with Oman’s legal framework and promotes a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
· Planning and implementing the entire administration activities annually.
· Setting, monitoring, and achieving the company’s targets and KPIs.
· Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
· Overseeing the payroll function.
· Developing, submitting, and overseeing all the company’s contracts and legal agreements.
· Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with the country’s corporate rules and legal framework.
· Managing employee relations.
· Running the office and facilities management functions.
· Follow up the company’s product registration process including tax registration, and labeling approval.
· Follow up all the recent developments in foods and beverages regulations, and to ensure the latest changes are communicated and shared with the company’s suppliers accordingly.
· Engaging in implementation of business growth strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. · Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities such as entering into new markets, conducting successful agreements, and following up the appropriate implementation of those agreements.· Managing the logistics inspections and control of the sales team to ensure timely delivery of the orders.· GPS control of sales and distribution team.· Daily inspections of the stores to ensure our products’ availability in the shelves· Work hour control of the staff to ensure their presence at work in a timely manner.· Engaging in coordination and implementation of marketing activities including sampling events, etc.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
· Proven experience as an admin manager.
· In-depth knowledge of employment and labor management regulations with regards of the Oman’s rules.
· In-depth knowledge and experience of conducting and supervising legal contracts and agreements with regards of the Oman’s rules.
· Proven experience of working with governmental and public departments of the Sultanate of Oman to pursue the company’s objectives.
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
