Business Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Business Administrator to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both local and export business activities. The Administrator will serve as a key link between management, sales, and clients—managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations for local and export clients.
  • Manage sales order booking and follow-ups with accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit material submittals and technical documents.
  • Maintain a structured and accurate document control system.
  • Draft and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  • Demonstrate product awareness to better support clients and sales activities.
  • Research and study new opportunities in the market to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth business operations.
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge in HR practices such as payroll and employee records (added advantage).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR knowledge/experience is a plus point.
  • Nationality (Philippines)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
