Job Description

Sell the products of the Multiproducts commercial offer, taking orders, following up on their delivery with Customers. Comply with the routes of visits in the squares to promote them, identify needs, monitor prices and delivery services.

Main responsibilities

1. Compliance with the sales forecast (volumes and prices) and portfolio 2. Visits/calls to Customers: promotions of the offer, n. service and needs 3. Quotes and follow-up of orders placed by Customers (win sales) 4. Communication of prices, commercial conditions to Customers (monitoring) 5. Validate the existence of products in the warehouse (levels and competence check) 6. The service levels in order deliveries (quantity, quality and time) 7. The follow-up of the customer billing process 8. Technical advice on the offer to be marketed with Customers (application-benefits) 9. The report and indicators of sales management (volumes, prices, portfolio, measurement of supply, level of service) 10. The use of technological tools and the generation of reports to support their operational management and monitoring

Challenges of the position

• Promote the value proposition and close sales with Customers • Expand the coverage of the business operation with Customers • Identify opportunities in the market that improve sales (Mkt proposals) • Boost category sales – development of the MPS offer (heavy and light) • Implement in the markets the price lists of the categories - SAP • Monitor the commercial environment of the industry - prices, • Increase the coverage of the sale of MPs, adding more Customers (credit level) • Identify customer needs to sell more products from the MPs offer • Coordinate with logistics the service and delivery levels of the categories – manifesto

Skills and knowledge required

Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering or LAE

Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years (Commercial/Administration)

Required knowledge: Knowledge of commercial, administration and logistics

Critical competencies: High capacity for empathy, attitude of service and overcoming frustration environment
