We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing website performance, improving customer conversion rates, and collaborating with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience. Job Responsibilities

Analyze website user journeys to identify drop-off points and conversion barriers.

Conduct competitor analysis, including UI/UX evaluation, and recommend improvements.

Suggest actionable strategies to optimize membership plan pages and product pages for higher conversions.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement recommended design improvements (BA will analyze and track results; mockups/design handled by UI team).

Measure before-and-after conversion performance to validate the impact of changes.

Support the design and implementation of customer acquisition funnels and strategies.

Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance.

Work closely with marketing and development teams to streamline processes and improve engagement.

Assist in preparing business cases for new growth initiatives and retention strategies.

Maintain detailed documentation of processes, insights, and recommendations.
Skills Required

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tools.

Understanding of conversion funnels, user journey mapping, and growth metrics.

Ability to interpret UI/UX best practices and recommend data-backed improvements.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) preferred.
