Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements, processes and needs.

Gather requirements with project owners and stakeholders.

Perform requirements analysis.

Document requirements through BRDs and SRSs technical documents for new systems / changes.

Manage frequent scrum meetings for technical teams.

Manage products backlog of user stories and the prioritization process throughout the project.

Abide to all the project and company guidelines and standards, regarding security of information, safety, quality standards and business conduct standards, ensuring that all the team members are doing so.

Constantly motivate and encourage team members to give their best and increase their productivity.

Responsible for managing the detailed change requests (CRs) process, through business analysis, development and testing.

Collaborate and review in the developing of the design structure abiding with the requirements of the system

Collaborate and review the testing process; to keep a check on the whole system fulfilling the requirements.
Project Level:
-
Responsible for the technical aspect of the process of supplier selection, developing the RFQ document through:
-
Responsible for supplier management during the business analysis, development and testing phases, ensuring the compliance of the supplier with the technical specs, scope and requirements defined by AXA team, ensuring their commitment as well as quality of deliverables.

Facilitate all supplier requirements within AXA IT department (SPOC).

Responsible for keeping the project manager updated regularly, whether by accurate and detailed reports or meetings.

Collaborate with the project manager in identifying the project risks and planning mitigation actions.
Education / Certifications:
-
1-2 years’ relevant experience
- B.SC. in computer science / engineering
-
ECBA /CBAP is a plus
