Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

, we are seeking a
Business Analyst
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about understanding business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure that project goals are clearly defined and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements,

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories,

Create clear and comprehensive documentation including business process flows, use cases, and data models,
-
Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives,

Support the testing process by reviewing test cases, identifying gaps, and validating the final solution,
-
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders and team members,
-
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues,
-
Maintain strong communication channels between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer, Industrial, or Electronics), Management Information Systems (MIS), or Mathematics,

3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related role,

Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively,

Experience in writing structured, detailed, and user-friendly documentation,
-
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment,
-
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills,
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus,

Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
