Job Purpose :
To support the strategic and operational functions of ACES through data analysis, research coordination, and process improvement activities that contribute to the enhancement of student engagement, recruitment, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness. This role is designed for early-career professionals with a passion for education and development consulting, offering learning opportunities while supporting the successful execution of ACES’s core priorities.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Business Development, Research & Project Coordination
● Conduct research and analysis to evaluate new opportunities aligned with ACES’s strategic objectives.
● Maintain and update internal databases and support the development of business intelligence tools
● Carry out data validation, integration, and statistical analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
● Contribute to grant and consultancy proposals through research design, methodology, and impact analysis.
● Produce analytical reports, visualizations, and presentations for senior leadership and internal stakeholders within ACES.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
● Work closely with academic and support teams to embed quality assurance practices into daily operations.
● Ensure governance documents and audit materials are regularly updated and maintained
● Support ongoing quality assurance efforts across departments ensuring alignment with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement
● Coordinate communication with internal departments, academic partners, and regulatory bodies.
● Support administrative functions related to external collaborations and partnerships.
Financial & Operational Analysis
● Assist in tracking budget-related data and preparing reports under the direction of ACES MD.
● Support financial data collection and simple analysis to optimize operational efficiency
● Assist in identifying areas of operational inefficiency and propose data-backed improvements.
Education and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
● A master’s degree or MBA or any equivalent degree is a plus (but not mandatory).
Experience
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or administrative support roles.
● Experience supporting cross-functional teams in project, consulting or research environments.
● Familiarity with data handling, reporting, and documentation.
● Prior exposure to education sector projects, consulting firms is advantageous but not required.
