We are working 6 days i.e. From Monday to Saturday

Job Description: -

• Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Meeting the clients to understand their business and process requirements.
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements.
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Aiding the business team in creating documents, BRD, FRD, Workflow diagrams, and MOM as per the brief.
• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget.
• Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Giving demos of Products through virtual or face-to-face meetings.
• Providing post-product/project go-live support for resolving issues.
• Publishing weekly reports on Project Status to superiors.
• Testing of the project (at all stages) and giving releases to the Client.

Mandatory Skills: -

• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Basic Technical Knowledge and understanding of web technologies.
• Ability to understand and comprehend client's requirements.
• Traveling to client’s location to gather requirements and demo.
• Ability to curate BRD, FRD, Workflow diagrams, and MOM.

Preferred Skills: -

• MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Workflow/Flowcharts Tools: Draw.io/
• Smartdraw/ Visio / Similar Software. (For flowcharts)
• Relevant Business Analyst Certification.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
