Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Helm360, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation of IT and business strategies.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system improvements.
  • Assist in developing project proposals, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance phases to ensure solution quality.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software services.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in IT consulting, ERP/CRM systems, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
