Business Analyst

Language Requirement: Arabic (mandatory)

Salary: 20K AED


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the process and delivery lifecycle. From gathering requirements, validating solutions with technical teams, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), through to production delivery and end-user training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collect, document, and validate new business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analysis & Documentation: Produce clear documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Solution Validation: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and oversee UAT activities, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed.
  • Delivery Management: Support the delivery process by ensuring solutions are tested, validated, and ready for production deployment.
  • Process Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage the full cycle from requirement definition through to implementation.
  • Training & Support: Provide training materials and conduct sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and supporting delivery to production.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business users.


Preferred

  • Experience with process automation or workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
