Senior Analyst Business Operations - UAEN Only

Provision of Specialist Support

  • Enhance the planning and organizing of the work for team members to support timely achievement of unit objectives in line with quality standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to other team members to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.

Business Operations and Project Efficiency

  • Plan and execute assigned projects, applying change and financial controls to deliver and expand Tabadul initiatives and products on time and within budget, contributing to the Group's strategic objectives.
  • launch and lead Tabadul initiatives progress against established plans, manage risks, address emerging issues, and navigate dependencies, keeping projects aligned with goals and timelines.
  • Monitor resource allocation and conduct thorough budgetary validations against project allocations, optimizing resource use and maintaining financial efficiency, leading to cost-effective project execution.
  • Produce standardized and consistent project artifacts, ensuring project documentation supports effective management, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and adheres to best practices, streamlining project execution and communication.
  • Prepare and produce reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain adherence to governance processes throughout Tabadul initiatives lifecycle, tracking compliance and escalating concerns as necessary to safeguard project integrity and ensure organizational standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team to align business operations and project activities with relevant laws and legislation, ensuring ADX's adherence to regulatory requirements and reducing legal risk.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Facilitate the creation and tracking of Steering Committee artifacts and produce high-quality board presentations that succinctly summarize project statuses, challenges, and achievements, supporting executive decision-making.
  • Generate detailed and insightful periodic reports for senior stakeholders, collaborating with the Project Management Office team and Business Development team to contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and distribute comprehensive materials for external stakeholders aimed at enhancing communication, ensuring transparency, and building trust, thereby strengthening stakeholder relationships

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
  • Promote the adoption of project management best practices across all projects, thereby enhancing process efficiency, improving project outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within ADX
