Business Analyst

This role is for one of Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8-15 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and QA for seamless project delivery
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process enhancement
• Create use cases, workflows, wireframes, and data models to support requirements
• Perform data analysis and present insights for strategic decision-making
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Prepare comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user guides.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic queries)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Domain knowledge in BFSI, E-commerce, or SaaS
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
• Familiarity with API documentation and integration processes
