Business Analyst

Relevant Experience: 2 – 4 years

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our business users, product, and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with product and client expectations.
• Collaborate on UI/UX and usability, documenting detailed requirements for our development teams.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas and requirements.
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases to validate end-to-end business flows and ensure smooth implementation.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to document and present information clearly.
• A collaborative, proactive, and positive working style, with a strong focus on the end-user perspective.
• The ability to think like a first-time user and turn business needs into concrete, actionable requirements.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• Having some or all of the following technical skills would be a great advantage:
• Exposure to enterprise integrations like ServiceNow, SIEM, NAC, Cisco ISE, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra.
• Hands-on knowledge or testing experience with IAM tools such as Okta or Entra.
• An understanding of IAM concepts like provisioning, authentication, MFA, and Zero Trust.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control (RBAC/ABAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) is also a huge plus.
