Business Analyst

Assurety Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong technical and analytical expertise to support business process improvements and technology-driven solutions. This role requires proficiency in documentation, data handling, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.

Location: Shariah-e-Faisal, Karachi Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work with XML data files for system and data analysis.
• Develop process flows and diagrams in MS Visio.
• Build reports and insights using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables). Prepare clear and concise technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 1.5 – 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (Pivot Tables), and MS Visio, Wireframing, SQL, UML Diagrams Strong skills in technical writing, documentation, problem-solving, and analysis.
• Experience working with XML and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies.
