About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, playing a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate their goals into actionable project deliverables, supporting strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage business goals, requirements, and ensure alignment with project outcomes.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, process maps, specifications, and user stories.
  • Support strategic planning, contribute to product roadmaps, and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Partner with IT teams to design, implement, test, and manage changes while ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data to generate insightful reports, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Recommend system and process modifications, controls, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems, tools, or processes.

You will bring

  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in the IT industry with strong business and domain knowledge.
  • Exposure to sales, bid office, and proposal preparation is a valuable plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, analytics tools, and statistical techniques.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Gliffy, and Lucid Chart.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Skilled in driving process improvements, supporting change management, and delivering measurable operational impacts.
  • Familiarity with API deliveries and data exchange processes between systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology, or an equivalent business degree is desirable.
