Business Analyst

Fulcrum Technology Solutions are looking for a Business Analyst to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives and help maintain our Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) infrastructure for a client in Houston, TX. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and ensure smooth governance operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions
• Support implementation and maintenance of RBAC, including role mapping and access provisioning
• Assist with governance activities such as access reviews, visibility improvements, and issue resolution
• Coordinate across HR, IT, and business teams to align governance processes
• Create and maintain documentation for internal and stakeholder use
• Test new and existing functionality in non-production environments
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support team operations through follow-ups, issue escalation, and meeting coordination
• Contribute to job architecture and governance model projects
• Perform routine assignments and provide general team support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of related experience
• Familiarity with IGA, RBAC, or IAM concepts
• Strong analytical, documentation, and testing skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a focus on improvement

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
