Business Analyst – IT GRC

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst – GRC to drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives within banking IT. You’ll work across risk, audit, security, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into effective solutions on leading GRC platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and document business requirements for IT GRC projects.
2. Analyse compliance/regulatory changes and assess impacts.
3. Create BRDs, process flows, control maps, and gap analyses.
4. Support UAT and implementation of GRC tools (Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream).
5. Ensure IT risk and control processes align with banking regulations.

Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years’ Business Analyst experience in banking/financial services.
2. Strong knowledge of IT GRC, risk, and compliance frameworks .
3. Familiar with COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL (or equivalent).
4. Hands-on experience with IT risk/control processes and regulatory compliance.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
