Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Data & Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate business insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Excel, Airtable, CRM) to track performance and KPIs.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- CRM & Tools Management
- Manage and optimize Airtable CRM and Excel-based workflows.
- Drive automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
- Project Management & Strategic Support
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, from planning to execution.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives internally and externally.
- Support strategic projects including business expansion, partnerships, and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align business objectives.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Education: MBA (preferred) or equivalent in Business or related fields.
- Experience: 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or related roles (startup experience preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Airtable CRM and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio - a plus).
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc.) is an advantage.
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
