About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into functional solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, preparing project documentation, and ensuring timely project delivery for our website, mobile application, software development, and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and the digital marketing team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), wireframes, and user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with the development and design teams during the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
• Support testing and validation phases to ensure the final deliverables meet the specified requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1 years) as a Business Analyst in a Web/App Development or Digital Marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
• Experience in preparing project proposals, scope documents, and cost estimates.
